1. General Terms & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kkfbk platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and all its users ("you", "player", "member"). By accessing the kkfbk website, creating an account, or using any service, you declare that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations. kkfbk reserves the right to modify these Terms in part or in full at any time, and continued use of the platform after any such modification shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the final and authoritative version.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

Creating a personal account is required to use services on kkfbk. At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. kkfbk reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts will be closed and deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and never share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the kkfbk support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kkfbk may request documents for identity verification at any time in the interest of safety and security. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. If the required documents are not provided in time, withdrawals may be delayed or suspended.

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

kkfbk services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are over 21 years of age and that there is no legal restriction preventing you from participating in online gaming in your country of residence.

Age fraud or operating an account under someone else's identity is a serious violation and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

The payment methods currently accepted on kkfbk are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method). Deposited funds will be credited to the account after successful verification.

When making a deposit, use the correct amount and the correct reference number. kkfbk will not be responsible for any delay caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. kkfbk reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal in the case of any suspicious transaction.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions on kkfbk are secured by SSL encryption. Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied to the bonus amount only. For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets from bonus winnings before withdrawing. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may have a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• One welcome bonus is granted per account.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, kkfbk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Bonuses are not transferable as cash.
• kkfbk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

5.4 VIP Program

The kkfbk VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier. Regular play allows you to advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits. Full details of VIP rewards are provided separately on the platform.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

kkfbk is committed to fair play. All games offered on our platform are operated through certified software providers. RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used to determine outcomes, which is fully impartial and verifiable.

6.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a gaming session, kkfbk will provide maximum assistance. 6.3 Betting Limits

7. Prohibited Activities

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by kkfbk

kkfbk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account due to a breach of terms, suspicion of fraud, or security concerns. An investigation will be conducted before closing an account, and any legitimate balance will be returned where applicable.

8.2 Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your own account, please contact the kkfbk support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. You may also contact the support team to request a self-exclusion.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
